What types of products do you offer?
Abraham’s offers artisanal sausages↗ (Polish Kielbasa↗, Sheboygan Bratwurst↗, Cajun Andouille↗, Argentine Chorizo↗, British Banger↗, Breakfast Sausage↗), burger patties (Chef-Grade, BBQ Pork Patty↗), and meatballs (Italian↗ & Spicy↗).
What makes your sausages different from commercial ones?
Unlike bouncy commercial sausages, Abraham’s uses real pork shoulder and natural spices for an authentic meaty bite. No preservatives, no fillers. Learn more about our Quality & Process↗ approach.
Are your products halal / do you supply halal versions?
Currently, our artisanal lines are pork-based and not halal. If we develop a halal-certified range, it will be clearly labelled. See our Product Overview↗ for current range.
Do you disclose nutritional information?

Source & Ingredients Origin
Where do you source your pork and meat ingredients?
We source pork meats and fat from trusted Malaysian farms, and licensed suppliers that comply with local food safety regulations. Mostly concentrated in regions of Selangor, Penang, Perak, Negeri Sembilan. Our focus is on consistency and freshness in every batch.
Do you use imported ingredients?
While our pork is locally sourced, certain spices and seasonings are imported to preserve traditional European flavor profiles (e.g. paprika, nutmeg, herbs). This ensures authenticity in products like Argentine Chorizo↗ and Cajun Andouille↗.
Are your products made in Malaysia?
Yes — all Abraham’s sausages, patties, and meatballs are handcrafted in our kitchen in Puchong, Malaysia, in small-batch production runs.
Do you use preservatives or artificial ingredients?
No — our products contain no preservatives, artificial colors, or artificial flavors. Each recipe is developed with natural spices and seasoning blends. Learn more in our Quality & Process↗ page.
Storage & Handling
How should I store your products?
Keep frozen below 4°C (or lower) at all time. Always follow the “Best Before” date printed on each pack. Learn more on our Product Page↗.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Is it safe to refreeze once thawed?
We recommend avoiding repeated freeze–thaw cycles. If a product has thawed but was kept cold (< 4 °C), refreezing is possible, but the quality and texture may degrade. Use within 1-3 days once fully thawed.
How do I thaw products properly?
Thaw overnight in the fridge (0–4 °C). Alternatively, immerse sausage packs in clean water for at least 30 minutes. For menu applications, see our Cooking Tips↗.

Do you have a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

How do I place an order?

Can I modify or cancel an order once placed?

Do you accept custom sizes or flavours?
We focus on consistency and do not customize for smaller volumes, however is available for higher volume orders. Enquire via Wholesale Form↗.
If a product is out of stock, will it be restocked?

Delivery & Logistics
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across Peninsular Malaysia, especially Klang Valley (KL, PJ, Subang, Puchong). See our Where to Buy↗ page.
What are delivery schedules & cutoffs?
We deliver within 3–5 days upon order confirmation.
Do I need to be present for delivery?
We recommend it, but you may represented by an authorized person from your business. If no one will be available, you may specify a safe location. Please refrigerate/freeze immediately.
What happens if delivery is delayed or missing?

Can I arrange my own courier?
Yes, especially for bulk orders. We can coordinate self pick-ups.

When is payment due?

What’s your refund/return policy for perishables?
No general returns, goods to be inspected by customer/representatives upon receipt. Once confirm receipt, goods considered sold. But if damaged/defective , report within 6 hours with photos. We may replace or credit.
Do you charge for cancellations?
Within 24 hours = free. After that, restocking fees may apply.

Are your sausages gluten-free?
Our products are generally gluten-free, except British Banger uses oats (marked), and Pork Meatballs use breadcrumbs.
Can you help with yield/costing for menus?
